As you know, running can have many benefits, including improved cardiovascular health, increased endurance, and reduced stress levels. It can also help with weight loss and an overall boost to mood and mental well-being.

It can also be a good way to explore new cities or see beautiful places and landscapes. There is time for breaks  to observe something interesting or check out new places.

How can you begin your running adventure?

Feel free to modify the order of these small steps to suit your preferences, as different approaches work for different people.

Different people fit different plans ;)

Step 1: Start by going outside for a run-walk. It can be with a purpose, such as running to the shop, or simply for the joy of running.

Step 2: Set a regular running schedule that you can stick to. Consider that everyday running training is not a good idea when your body is getting used to it. Begin with very short distances or combine it with walking.

Step 3: Invest in a good pair of running shoes to prevent injuries. They will also help to keep you motivated.

Step 4: Find a running buddy to help keep you motivated and accountable. Running with someone else can be enjoyable.

Step 5: Start with a run-walk program to gradually build up your endurance.

Step 6: Join a running group or club to meet new people and find support.

Step 7: Search for running routes or locations that you find interesting and enjoyable. Consider routes in nature or explore new paths. Find what suits best for you.

Step 8: Do a running training with intervals - at a special pace, in a special distance. For example 10 mins your chill pace, 1 min sprint and repeat. You can also consult that with a running coach if you want.

Step 9: Incorporate strength training exercises to prevent muscle imbalances and improve overall fitness

Step 10: Search for some interesting running competitions and take part in. It will be helpful in setting new goals and maintaining your motivation.
